After numbing cream is applied and the face is thoroughly cleansed, the skin is sanitised and anti-wrinkle injection solution is delivered via the Aquagold microneedle stamp device. It is not placed topically (on top of the skin), but administered into the tissue just beneath it. This ‘micro-infusion’ works in the skin’s superficial layer, giving your complexion a filter-like, air-brushed finish. Signs of Mesotox treatment typically disappear in the hours after treatment.

Mesotox uses botulinum toxin as a primary ingredient. This promotes the contraction of open pores by reducing sebum production, as well as the smoothing of very fine lines and the reduction of excess oil. By microstamping (as opposed to injecting) the solution into the skin, we can achieve significant results in these areas.

The benefits of Mesotox treaments can be appreciated relatively early after treatment, once the botulinum toxin has taken effect (usually within a few days). Improvements in overall skin clarity and texture can be observed; more so when additional ingredients (vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants) are added into the Aquagold microstamping device. Less sheen and fewer wrinkles are apparent when applying makeup, and breakouts often reduce in frequency and severity. Repeated Mesotox sessions, with or without additional mesotherapy solutions, may be recommended.

Over time, collagen production improves the skin long term - particularly as microstamping, when performed at regular intervals, promotes this. To maintain full treatment benefits, however, it's advisable to repeat after several weeks; our practitioners will be glad to advise you further.
